Document Actions
Welcome back to the first Pioneers of Change Living Sustainably meeting of 2005! It will be on... Sat 19th February from 9-11am at the GreenHouse Project (the north-west corner of Joubert Park. The entrance is at the junction of Klein Street with Wolmarans Street, Joubert Park, inner City). The first hour will be for informal networking and sharing of breakfast. Please bring some environmentally friendly food or beverages for breakfast. The meeting is free otherwise. Henry Wood will be giving a 20 minute talk and discussion on his Solar Generator Project during the first hour. The second hour will be for getting hands on in the organic garden. This will be a regular meeting on the third Saturday of each month from 9-11am at the GreenHouse Project. It's a space for interested people to get together and explore how to live more sustainably. Any suggestions on topics, speakers or events are most welcome. Some ideas for upcoming meetings include a permaculture workshop, a strawbale workshop and a "hotbox" workshop. If you have any queries, please don't hesitate to contact me. For more information on Pioneers of Change please take a look at www.pioneersofchange.net. Also if you know of people who may be interested, please forward this invite to them. All are welcome. And lastly, if you're not on the "Living Sustainably" e-mail list and would like to join it please contact me.
