The PoC engagement model summarizes thenetwork and Pioneer experience and developmentstages over time. Each phase is self-initiatied andended. The network hosts Pioneers in all stagesand offers different engagement opportunities.
Membership People in this stage participated in the netwok for some time finding their own way and became clear about their own vision. They are well connected in the network or ist fractals and hold wisdom on history and tools in the network. They care about and commit to Pioneers as a group of people in society but have found a way to start action now in their own environment. What is in fo me: •Learn about managing a network
•Profesionalize your training, hosting, cultivation skills
•Receive mentorship or other Pioneers
•Give to the network, what it gave you
•Deepen your own process and find support for your own projects
•Participate in netwok decisions - Be member of the chaord-group
What do I need to do for that: •You might offer a financial contribution
•Care about the network and its structures
•Spend time to discuss strategic and fundamental questions
•Inspire the network
•Coach participants and local networks
