Services
- Services for Transformation -- Since 1999, Pioneers of Change has been designing innovative processes and approaches to enable people to identify the change they want to see in the world, and the means to make it a reality. Through building learning networks, running experiential learning journeys, designing and facilitating learning processes, and researching and integrating cutting-edge knowledge, we strengthen the capacities of groups and organisations of varying sizes to increase the impact and effectiveness of their work in communities, societies, organisations, and themselves. Our participants and clients have come to value our interactive, innovative, and customised approach, our ability to tap into the passion and interest of each person, and our choice of methods which generate authentic dialogue, learning relationships, and experimental learning.

Mapping Dialogue
- "Mapping Dialogue" is an extensive report developed by the Pioneers of Change associates in 2005/2006 about foundations for, and approaches to, dialogue. It maps out 10 different dialogue methods in depth and a number of others more briefly. It also offers background on dialogue in traditional African culture, foundations for a good dialogue process, and ideas for how to assess what method to use in what context. The report was commissioned by GTZ as part of their support for the Nelson Mandela Foundations dialogue programme in South Africa.
