Services
Our Services:
Building Learning Networks: Through our experience with developing the Pioneers of Change global network, and through helping other organisations to learn, we have the understanding and skill to help launch and sustain peer-learning networks using the technology of on-line collaboration and a variety of face-to-face processes.
Process Design and Facilitation: Using a collection of creative tools, ideas, and exercises, we design processes for learning, planning, and collaboration in accordance with the purpose and intention of the specific client or event. Our processes tap into the engagement and personal drive, passion and interest of each participant, opening up dialogue, building relationships and creating the conditions for committed action and sustained implementation.
Personal Development and Peer-Coaching: We believe that each person is infinitely resourceful and creative. In the complexities of organisational life, now more than ever it is important to take time to reflect on our individual intentions, our strengths and challenges. We can facilitate a variety of processes including “the flowgame” that help individuals and teams uncover and step into their own potential.
Experiential Learning Journeys: We facilitate well - designed field trips (a few hours to a few weeks) that provide direct contact with the issues and questions a group is seeking to better understand. Participating in a well-structured learning journey, with an open mind, enables deep and fresh insight into the realities of the situation that exists. It creates the basis for healthy decisions made with a full sense of the reality rather than simply an intellectual understanding.
Organizational Change and Strategy: The capacity of an organisation to change with the changing needs of its environment is a crucial competence, necessary for its own survival and growth. Our approach to strategy is to provide the space for members of an organisation to look at possible futures and position themselves accordingly, as well as to develop strategic thinking skills. These skills include understanding the context in which an organisation operates, and how to work together in diverse teams in defining organisation strategy.
Research: Drawing on our global network of pioneers in over 70 countries, we conduct participatory research that is grounded in the lived experience of people as well as on written material. We research the issues as well as the actions that are taken to address the issues. We produce research outputs using various forms of media including video, graphic illustration, interactive websites and cd-roms, creative and reflective writing, as well as reports and documents.
Knowledge Integration: Knowledge integration explores how both tacit and explicit knowledge is created in an organisation, as well as how to create conducive relationships of trust to effectively utilise these diverse knowledge pools. We help organisations to rethink existing business models create future value for their work based on using innovative approaches.
