What is a Social Entrepreneur?

You are invited to attend a workshop exploring the emerging field of social entrepreneurship. Questions we will be investigating will be: what is a social entrepreneur? What impact do social entrepreneurs make? What kind of support does a social entrepreneur need?
The evening will be introduced by Maor Bar-Ziv, Gideon Lyons, Jason Mollring from UnLtd and Menka Parekh from The Hub, who will share stories of several successful social entrepreneurs. UnLtd, is a UK based charity that supports social entrepreneurs. The Hub is a multi-sited network of physical and virtual spaces connecting social innovators around the world.
The second part of the evening will have an open format where participants will be able to share their experiences, ambitions and ideas on social entrepreneurship, make new connections and explore possible collaborations.
The fee for the workshop is £8,- which includes light refreshments. Any surplus from the workshop will go to Pioneers of Change to support future events.
