This is a scenario planning workshop that aims to give some introductory insights into the scenario planning methodology/process. You should attend if 1) you are curious about scenario planning and organisational learning; 2) you want to know more about the art of developing a long term view; 3) you are keen to learn how to recognise risks and opportunities in an uncertain environment; and 4) you are prepared to be highly interactive and open to different and sometimes challenging views.
